The TRAILIS Zaslaw brand has been known to Clients in Europe since 2007. The TRAILIS Zaslaw brand belongs to the ZASLAW – one of the largest manufacturers of trailers and semi-trailers in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, continuously producing since 1953.
HISTORY
ZASLAW, being the owner of the TRAILIS brand, is one of the longest operating production establishments in Europe. The history of the company is dated to have begun in the 20's and 30's of the previous century, however the date of commencement of the company's functioning is accepted to be the year 1953. The beginnings of its activity were related to the agricultural sector due to the fact that the main product of the company were the famous agricultural trailers popular throughout Europe. The gradual development of the company and acquired experience gave fruit in the expansion of the offer and introduction of successive products: curtain semi-trailers, dumping semi-trailers, pole vehicles for wood transport, construction trailers and semi-trailers and vehicles directed towards the municipal sector. The Company has continuously produced vehicles known and valued by Clients for nearly 60 years. The entire ZASLAW currently employs several hundred persons, and during the 60 years of its activity, has produced a total of 500 000 vehicles! The impressive expansion of the scope of production and export as well as the ever growing demand for vehicles have led the company to purchase new production establishments and make very ambitious investments in a machine park - an impressively modern factory in Andrychow has been purchased. All of these steps have significantly increased production and sales, but their main goal was to create a new brand dedicated for export: in 2007, the TRAILIS brand was created, with its headquarters at the modern establishments at Andrychow, Poland. Since its creation, the TRAILIS brand is present in many European countries: Germany, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Croatia, and Russia. From the moment of its formation, the TRAILIS brand has developed a dealership network in many countries, thanks to which the availability of products is significantly increased, and Clients in all of Europe can become convinced of the high quality of the products.
PRODUCTION ESTABLISHMENTS AND TECHNOLOGIES
The TRAILIS brand has very modern production establishments - the largest and most modern factories, equipped with innovative technologies. The factories include welding halls, paint shops, modern numerically controlled laser cutters, numerically controlled bending machines (TruBend 8800 and 5320) - machines not commonly available among vehicle manufacturers. It is worth mentioning the automatic shot production plant and innovative assembly hall. The assembly hall takes up a surface of 18 500 (!), within which the most modern paced assembly line in Europe is installed. The technology used allows for automated semi-trailer production: from loading of the frame to the final stages of assembly (e.g. diagnostics). Thanks to such a solution, a semi-trailer can roll out from the assembly line every 40 minutes! The high storage warehouse also deserves attention, with pallet spaces in the amount of: 3024. The surface of production establishments in Andrychow amounts to over 40 000 m²!

Apart from the large amount of experience, modern factories, and the most innovative technologies, the company employs a staff of professionals. It is above all, the employees who influence such a high quality of products and guarantee such professional sales and after-sale service. In every company, everything depends on the employees. We have significantly increased employment so as to realize ambitious production and sales plans. It is true that our company is made up of a young staff, however our philosophy assumes mixed teams. On one hand, we have our young, very active and motivated employees with an incredibly fresh approach, and on the other hand, we have experienced workers, well versed in the market, products, and technologies. Without both of these groups, the company could not expand, which is why we create mixed teams, where experience meets youth. Our team consists of experienced welders, assemblers, specialists in the scope of production and sales, an excellent team of designers, production engineers, servicemen, and many other great specialists in their respective fields, thanks to whom we can produce and sell vehicles of such high quality.
